Can you give quotes over the phone?
We can provide you with firm pool prices. As for the installation there are too many variables to give an over the phone quote. Size of pool and weight, accessibility to the site, installation type, permit requirements, ground conditions and the desired finish for the surrounding pool deck are all factors that determine cost. To ensure an accurate installation quote we offer a complimentary site assessment conducted by a member of our installer network.

How long does it take to install a Steel Pool?
After receiving approval from your city's permitting process, it is possible to have a standard in-ground pool up and running in 3-5 business days with careful planning. This is a much shorter timeline compared to the traditional installation of in-ground pools, which can take weeks or even months.

How do you get a pool into the backyard?
Our pools are transported to the designated location using a flat deck truck and typically need a crane for unloading and installation. Each pool is equipped with specially engineered lifting points that enable the use of a crane or other appropriate machinery to safely lift the pool to nearly any desired spot. This means we can even lift the pool over a house or building to position it where you desire.

Will you be able to ship a pool to my location?
These pools are capable of being transported to nearly anywhere. In order to move a pool from the truck into your yard, a crane has to be able to be on site to lift and set the pool.

Do you have any pools nearby that I can see?
Most of our projects are done at private residences, so it is not always possible to visit them. However, we do invite potential clients to see our pool in our private backyard or a current project being worked on in our shop; just give us a heads up. If that is not feasible, you can check it out on our Instagram or here on the website.

Will all cities allow pools at private homes?
Municipalities have varying regulations and permits for swimming pools. The most effective approach is to directly communicate with your municipality to inquire about the permitting process.
